Placing an Order

To place an order, select the item you wish to purchase and then add it to your shopping cart. If the item you want to purchase is in stock, it will be dispatched within 5-7 working days of placing the order. 

If the item is a bespoke or made-to-order item(s), I aim to have it made and dispatched within 1 week. 

If the order is placed during busy times, such as Christmas, Valentine's, Father’s and Mother’s Day, please allow an extra 7 working days.

 

PLEASE NOTE – For all international orders, the customs and import duties that are incurred are the responsibility of the buyer.

For peace of mind, I can send an item tracked and signed for on delivery, for an extra cost. Please ask me for details.

 

Delivery

Royal Mail expected postal delivery times are:

UK              1-4 working days

Worldwide  10-28 working days

Please allow extra time during busy seasons like Christmas, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day and Father's Day.

 

Lost Items

Items posted in the UK are not considered lost by the Royal Mail until 21 working days have passed after the dispatched date.

Royal Mail estimates for international delivery are very optimistic, so please allow an additional 2 weeks before contacting me if your order has been delayed. International deliveries are not classed as being lost, until 20 working days after the expected delivery date.

For lost items, I can offer refunds for one-off items, and I can replace those items that I can make again. You can still, however, request a refund if you do not wish to have a replacement.

With regard to internationally posted items, unless you have asked me to send your item via International and Tracked Signed service, I can only offer you a refund of the cost of the item.

 

Refunds and Exchanges 

If you wish to cancel an order, can you please do it within 24 hours of placing your order.

For hygiene reasons, I cannot refund earrings unless faulty.

 

Customs and Import Taxes

International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply, as international orders do not include VAT, Duty or Taxes and as such, you may be liable for these charges as your order enters your country.

EU Customers-

As of 1 July 2021, items imported to the EU with a value of €22 or less are no longer exempt from VAT. UK sellers do not ask their customers for tax and duty. VAT will be added to your order, depending on where you reside. The EU recipient is contacted in the country and pays VAT owed before receiving the item, and may also need to pay a handling fee.

(For orders within the EU)

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me by email within 14 days of receipt of your purchase, so that I can arrange a refund or exchange. If you would like a refund, the item(s) that you ordered, will need to be sent back unworn in their original condition and packaging. A full refund will be made and the return postage cost is payable by the buyer. Within the EU, shipping costs at the standard rate will be refunded; however, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

(For orders outside the EU)

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order, so that I can arrange a refund or exchange. If you would like a refund, the item(s) must be sent back unworn in their original condition and packaging. A full refund will be made, but I cannot refund the return shipping cost.

Bespoke and Made-to-Order Items

These items are generally completed and dispatched within 5-7working days, but this is extended to up to 2 weeks, during the busy seasons, such as Christmas, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day and Father's Day.

Bespoke and made-to-order items cannot be refunded or exchanged, as they are made to the buyer’s specification. They can only be refunded if they are faulty.

 

Please note – All my jewellery and accessories are created by hand, so no two items are identical. So please allow for slight variations as to what is shown in the product photographs. Also, colours may vary due to lighting and camera pixels, and the availability of the previously ordered stock.
