★ Processing Time
As these items are handmade and made to order, my processing times may take up to 1 week, but if I can make your order sooner, I will do so.

★ Shipping

All packages are shipped from England and sent by Royal Mail (UK). If You live outside the UK, international orders can take up to business 21 days to arrive. This will depend upon the country you live in. They might be held up in customs, or delayed by other circumstances.

Standard shipping is not tracked, if you wish to send your order tracked, please select this option at the checkout.

If you need your order by a certain time, please contact me before you place your order, so that I can see it I can accommodate your order.

★What is Hand Stamping?
Hand stamping is a method that involves hammering a letter or shape into metal. As it is handmade, some of the letters may not be perfectly straight, or the depth of the imprint might not be uniform.
But this is not a flaw, it just makes every piece I make unique.
