Terms and Conditions
These are Michelle's Handcrafted Jewellery's terms and conditions, please read them with care:
Michelle's Handcrafted Jewellery has made every effort to display the jewellery and accessories, as accurately as possible. All items have descriptions regarding sizes and lengths, where appropriate and colour. As every item is handmade, there will be slight variation, from item to item.
Placing an Order
You can order online, by placing your item in the shopping basket and following the online instructions. Please be aware that I cannot send your order, until payment has cleared. Once payment has cleared, I will package and post your item within 1-3 days business days of your order.
All items will be either gift wrapped of gift boxed.
On this site, you can make a secure payment through PayPal, which is a safe, secure and fast, method of making a payment. You do not need to have a Paypal account to shop here, as a credit card option is available through PayPal. Also, your financial details will be remain private and will not be seen by anyone.
UK Postage - £2.50
Free postage in UK if you spend over £30.00
Europe - £2.50
Worldwide - £4.00
Free postage for all purchases over £50.00, to Europe and the Rest of the World.
*Please note - For all international orders, custom and import duties incurred, are the responsibility of the buyer *.
For peace of mind, I can send your items tracked and signed for on delivery, for an extra cost, please contact me for details.
I will obtain proof of postage, for all items posted.
UK - Royal Mail 1-5 days
International delivery - 4-7 days, but this can take up to 14 days.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or sent to you in error, I would appreciate it if you would contact me as soon as possible, so that I an sort out the problem straight away. If there is a problem, please contact me via e-mail or by telephone. My contact details are on my 'Contact Us' page. If you are returning an item that is defective, damaged or sent in error on receipt, I will be happy to refund the shipping costs.
Refunds and Exchanges
I do hope you are pleased with your purchase, if however you are not happy, please contact me within 7 days of receipt of your purchase, so that I can arrange an exchange or refund. If you would like a refund, the item will need to be sent back unworn, in it's original condition and packaging. A full refund will be made, but I cannot refund the return postage cost. For hygiene reasons, I cannot refund any earrings, unless damaged, defective on receipt or sent to you in error.
Custom/Made to Order Items
Custom/Made to Order items are usually completed within 21 days.
Custom/Made to Order items of jewellery cannot be refunded or exchanged, as they have been commissioned to a customer's specification.
